What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a browser feature that can retain a preference on your device without sending it automatically with every request. Similar technologies may include provider SDK storage, pixels and embedded-media identifiers.

AdsXpo also uses authenticated WebSocket connections for real-time updates. A WebSocket is a network connection rather than a cookie, but the server may process connection time, account identity, IP address, user agent and error or disconnection information for delivery and security.

Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies support sign-in, session renewal, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, consent evidence and core workspace functions. They cannot be switched off through the AdsXpo consent panel because the requested service cannot operate reliably without them.

The user portal may set the secure, HTTP-only cookie ‘adsxpo_refresh’ to renew an authenticated session. Its default lifetime is up to 30 days, subject to server configuration, logout, revocation or security action. JavaScript cannot read this cookie.

The superadmin portal may set the secure, HTTP-only cookie ‘adsxpo_admin_refresh’ with a default lifetime of up to 12 hours, subject to configuration, logout or revocation. It is restricted to administrative authentication flows.

The key ‘adsxpo-cookie-consent:2026-07-28’ is stored in local storage to remember the consent version, categories selected and a random consent identifier. The server may retain corresponding evidence with time, IP address, browser information and authenticated account details where available.

Preference storage

With your preference choice, AdsXpo may use local storage to remember interface settings. The current key ‘adsxpo.global-currency’ stores the selected workspace display currency. The authenticated organisation record may also store the selected default currency on the server.

Additional display, language, timezone or accessibility preferences may be introduced and documented here or in the consent interface. Rejecting preference storage may cause settings to reset between browser sessions, although server-side workspace settings may still apply after sign-in.

Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies may measure page visits, feature use, performance, errors and conversion steps so we can improve AdsXpo. They remain off unless enabled through the consent controls where consent is required.

If analytics providers are introduced, the consent interface and this Policy will identify their purpose and material retention information. Security logs required to protect the service are classified as necessary operational records rather than optional audience analytics.

Marketing technologies

Marketing technologies may measure promotions, attribute sign-ups or support advertising to prospective customers. They remain off unless you opt in where required.

AdsXpo is not currently designed to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If marketing practices materially change, we will update the consent interface and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.

Google sign-in

When you choose ‘Continue with Google’, Google Identity Services may set or read its own cookies or device identifiers to display the account chooser, authenticate you and prevent abuse. Google acts under its own privacy and cookie terms for that interaction.

AdsXpo receives the identity credential and account information needed to create or sign you into your workspace. Google sign-in is optional; you may use email and password where available.

Link and media previews

When you actively preview an external landing page, image, video, PDF or shared asset, your browser may connect directly to that third-party host. The host may receive your IP address, browser information and referrer and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.

Recognised YouTube links may be displayed using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced ‘youtube-nocookie.com’ embed where technically available, but Google may still receive data when you initiate playback or interact with the player. You can open a link in a separate tab instead of using an embedded preview.

AdsXpo does not control cookies set by external websites or file hosts. Review their policies before opening or playing content, particularly where a link contains confidential information.

Your controls

On your first visit, you may accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or manage choices separately. Necessary technologies remain active. You can reopen the panel at any time through ‘Cookie settings’ in the public-site footer.

Changing a preference applies prospectively. Previously written third-party cookies may need to be removed through your browser settings. You can also block, delete or limit cookies through the browser, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent authentication, security checks or core workspace functions.

Consent choices are versioned. We may ask again when the Cookie Policy or technology set changes materially, when consent expires under applicable requirements or when browser storage is cleared.

Retention and evidence

Cookie lifetimes vary by purpose and server configuration. Session and refresh cookies expire, are revoked or are replaced according to authentication settings. Local-storage preferences remain until you change them, clear browser data or a new version uses a different key.

We retain consent evidence for a reasonable period to demonstrate the choice presented and selected, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations. Consent records are restricted and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. Material additions to optional technologies will be reflected in the consent interface before they are activated where consent is required.
